About the position

The Operations Executive at RK Industries, LLC is responsible for leading the strategic planning and performance optimization of all operational units, including Project Management, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality Control. This role involves fostering collaboration among director-level direct reports, championing continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring that all projects meet quality standards, budgets, and timelines. The Operations Executive will also oversee financial health, talent management, and cross-functional collaboration to align departmental goals with the company's vision and objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic planning and performance optimization of all operational units.
• Provide guidance and support to director-level direct reports to resolve operational challenges.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with department leaders to ensure projects meet quality standards and budgets.
• Conduct monthly project and operational reviews to evaluate performance and financial metrics.
• Oversee the implementation of standardized policies and procedures across operational units.
• Develop and enforce operational policies, procedures, and quality standards.
• Partner with Quality Control to maintain rigorous quality assurance practices.
• Direct staffing and succession planning efforts within the Operations Department.
• Oversee the employee performance review process and manage compensation and bonuses.
• Accountable for the financial health of the Operations Department, including budget preparation and reporting.
• Work closely with other department leaders to align on shared goals and resources.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in a senior executive role.
• Master's degree or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Proven track record of implementing strategies that align with corporate vision and objectives.
• Experience in leading short- and long-term strategic initiatives.
