About the position

The Vice President of Operations at One Health and Modern Primary Care Consultants is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and operational management of healthcare and consulting services. This position focuses on enhancing service delivery, operational performance, and achieving organizational goals in patient care and provider satisfaction. The VP will lead a team, manage clinic operations, and implement innovative initiatives to support the growth of the organization.

Responsibilities

• Provide inspirational leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Oversee clinic operations and provider service functions to ensure optimal performance and adherence to clinical and organizational goals.
• Lead strategic planning initiatives aimed at expanding One Health's services and market presence.
• Oversee recruitment efforts to attract and retain high-quality healthcare providers and administrative staff.
• Work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Transformation Officer to implement new initiatives, programs, and projects.
• Enhance the One Health Connections program by expanding it to include 24/7 phone and triage services, virtual care, and comprehensive referral management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 8-10 years of leadership experience in a healthcare or clinical setting, with experience overseeing multiple departments and initiatives.
• Strong understanding of primary care services, clinic operations, and provider service management.
• Proven ability to lead strategic planning and operational improvement in a healthcare environment.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience working with consulting services or implementing new healthcare initiatives is a plus.
