About the position

The Vice President of Operations at Bemana will oversee the technical aspects of day-to-day operations for a leading temporary power solutions business in Nevada. This executive role focuses on designing electrical solutions, supervising field operations, and optimizing operational efficiency to ensure high-quality service delivery and project execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage service delivery, ensuring efficient execution of all projects, from design to implementation.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize project delivery, resource allocation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with the leadership team to align operational practices with the company's long-term goals.
  • Oversee the design of temporary power solutions for various construction and commercial projects.
  • Ensure that all designs meet client specifications, safety requirements, and regulatory standards.
  • Use design tools to prepare, review, and/or approve detailed electrical plans.
  • Provide high-level oversight of field operations, including project setup, installation, and teardown of temporary power systems.
  • Ensure compliance with design plans, safety standards, and timelines.
  • Troubleshoot on-site issues and provide solutions to maintain project schedules.
  • Manage and mentor a team of field technicians and support staff.
  • Develop and implement training programs to elevate field team performance and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the operations team.
  • Ensure that all electrical designs and installations comply with national, state, and local codes.
  • Develop and enforce safety policies and practices that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Serve as a key member of the leadership team, contributing to strategic decision-making, business growth strategies, and operational scaling.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, negotiations, and industry events.

Requirements

  • Master Electrician with significant operational experience, including power distribution and generator hookups.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years in a leadership role within the electrical, construction, or power industries.
  • Strong knowledge of electrical design and project management.
  • Proven ability to lead and grow operational teams while driving process improvement.
