Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior management in driving growth and organizing operations.
  • Establish, implement, and communicate the strategic direction of the company's operations.
  • Recommend and implement procedures, technologies, and systems to improve organizational processes.
  • Assess and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve key performance indicators.
  • Create, communicate, and execute operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures.
  • Drive the company to achieve and surpass business goals, including sales, profitability, and cash flow.
  • Lead process improvement efforts to impact financial, operational, customer, and employee satisfaction metrics.
  • Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Use data to analyze operational performance and drive decision-making.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior operations role, preferably in the healthcare or dental industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with staff and management.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in using metrics to assess performance and drive improvements.
  • Ability to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the dental or healthcare sector is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Familiarity with financial management and budgeting processes.
