About the position

The Vice President of Operations will lead the operations team in Phoenix, AZ, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and driving performance improvements. This role is pivotal in overseeing all operational aspects of Arizona Projects, collaborating closely with the President to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness while fostering a culture of professional growth and community among employees.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all operational aspects of Arizona Projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Collaborate with the President to develop and implement business strategies that enhance operational efficiency.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team, fostering continuous improvement.
• Monitor project performance, manage budgets, and ensure quality standards are met.

Requirements

• 20+ years of experience in a relevant field.
• Master's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent combination of skills and experience.
• Top-level leadership experience in a major corporate function or strategic business group.
• Proven ability to establish directions and lead the development of corporate strategies and objectives.
• Experience making mission-critical decisions and integrating strategies cross-functionally.
