Responsibilities

  • Ensures proper management of resources and distribution of services to customers.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 7+ years of experience in operations management
  • 5+ years in a management role
  • Experience in personnel management including hiring, supervision, evaluation, and succession planning
  • Ability to multi-task and concentrate amidst constant interruptions
  • Ability to make business decisions based on financial reports
  • Proven ability to enhance profitability and sustainability across all channels
  • Demonstrates ability to work across multiple service lines.
