About the position
The Vice President of Operations at Cure HHT is a strategic leadership role focused on managing all business and operational functions of the organization. This position is crucial for driving meaningful change for individuals affected by Hereditary Hemorrhagic Telangiectasia (HHT) through effective budgeting, financial management, information systems, and marketing communications. The VP will oversee direct service delivery areas, including the Center of Excellence program and Community Engagement Services, while collaborating closely with the Executive Director and other leadership team members.
Responsibilities
- Manage budgeting, financial management, and administration for the organization.
- Oversee information systems and marketing communications.
- Directly supervise senior staff members in service delivery areas including the Center of Excellence program and Community Engagement Services.
- Manage and update investment policies for board approval.
- Determine the balance of annual, capital, and endowment budgets.
- Oversee the annual and three-year operating budgets.
- Develop and execute strategies to engage the nonprofit community, including patients and donors.
Requirements
- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree.
- 10+ years of relevant professional experience.
- A Master's degree is preferred.
- Experience in an organization oversight role managing staff, programs, and boards, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
