The Vice President of Operations is a critical executive role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operational functions of the organization. The Vice President will collaborate closely with senior leadership to establish performance metrics and business objectives, driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. In this role, the Vice President will oversee the daily operations of various departments, including production, logistics, supply chain, and customer service. It is essential to ensure that all operational processes comply with industry regulations and company policies. The position also involves regular travel across the three manufacturing facilities located in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Indiana, with occasional evening or weekend hours required to meet project deadlines or address urgent issues. A key aspect of this role is team leadership and management. The Vice President will lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, which includes department heads and senior managers. Fostering a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, accountability, and results is crucial for success in this position. Additionally, the Vice President will analyze financial reports and operational metrics to identify areas for cost reduction and process improvement, working closely with the finance department to ensure accurate forecasting and budget adherence. The Vice President of Operations will also maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders, addressing operational issues and concerns promptly to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. This role requires a strong ability to drive change and manage complex projects effectively, making it essential for the candidate to possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities
