About the position

The Vice President of Operations at CORY is a leadership role focused on overseeing a diverse portfolio in multifamily real estate. This position is responsible for driving innovation, improving operational efficiencies, and ensuring compliance with regulations while managing a strong team and stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the performance of a diverse, mixed-use portfolio (multifamily, commercial, industrial)
• Provide new and innovative approaches to continuous improvement through property management operations
• Ensure alignment with local, state, and federal regulations
• Lead, coach, and develop a strong team while communicating with important stakeholders
• Develop and manage annual budgets for the assigned portfolio and oversee the attainment of budgeted goals
• Coordinate work activities and services from vendors, consultants, and other contractors as needed
• Maintain detailed knowledge of property competition and market conditions affecting leasing and operations.

Requirements

• A minimum of five (5) years of experience in property management operations
• Strong financial acumen and the ability to manage budgets and drive KPIs
• Strong leadership skills; passionate and committed to the development of staff
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
