About the position

The Vice President of Operations is responsible for overseeing the service, management, and hospitality operations of all residential properties. This role emphasizes maintaining a culture of five-star service, ensuring high-quality operations, and managing a skilled team. The Vice President will work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Principal, focusing on operational excellence and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop a culture for five-star service at property locations.
• Oversee and train team members to exhibit the highest level of service.
• Hold regular weekly meetings with residential teams to share information and seek feedback.
• Implement effective internal controls to improve operations and procurement processes.
• Direct the procurement of household goods and services, ensuring quality and quantity.
• Plan and direct maintenance, construction, and other household work as Owners Representative.
• Manage security resources and vendors effectively.
• Establish performance goals and objectives for team members and provide necessary training.
• Evaluate direct reports' performance and recommend improvements.
• Inspect operations regularly to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Take proactive actions to achieve the Principal's and Family Office's goals.

Requirements

• At least eight (8) years of expertise in operational excellence and high-touch service.
• Strong problem-solving and project-management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across the organization.
• Ability to withstand pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong judgment skills and ability to act with integrity and professionalism.
