About the position

Frontier Senior Living is a leader in senior living management, committed to delivering exceptional care and service to our residents while fostering an innovative and inclusive workplace. We're seeking an exceptional Vice President of Operations (VPO) to oversee our Regional Vice Presidents and drive operational excellence across the entire company. This senior leadership role empowers you to mentor top-tier leaders, foster innovation, and ensure the success of multiple communities within our company.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership to Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs), setting clear goals and empowering them to succeed in overseeing their respective communities.
  • Lead and support community operations, ensuring alignment with Frontier's mission, policies, and regulatory standards.
  • Serve as a culture ambassador, guiding leaders and teams to embody Frontier's values in every aspect of their work.
  • Collaborate with RVPs to develop and implement strategies for fiscal management, occupancy growth, and quality assurance.
  • Act as a resource and mentor for RVPs, cultivating a high-performance culture and fostering professional development.
  • Build and monitor systems to evaluate operational metrics, support decision-making, and enhance the performance of communities.
  • Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency, address challenges, and celebrate successes within the company.
  • Build relationships with residents, families, and employees to enhance engagement and reinforce commitment to meaningful connections while fostering Frontier Culture.
  • Actively promote an inclusive, high-performance culture where innovation, accountability, and teamwork thrive.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of multi-site leadership in senior living, healthcare, or long-term care, including direct oversight of Regional Vice Presidents or senior operational leaders.
  • Must hold a minimum of three state licenses with ability to obtain more.
  • Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, drive results, and navigate complex operational challenges.
  • A track record of mentoring senior leaders and cultivating a culture of accountability and innovation.
  • Ability to travel frequently to communities across the US.
