Responsibilities

• Recommend and implement procedures, technologies, and systems to improve organizational processes.
• Assess and report on operational performance and develop plans to improve key performance indicators.
• Create, communicate, and execute operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures.
• Drive the company to achieve and surpass business goals, including sales, profitability, and cash flow.
• Lead process improvement efforts to impact financial, operational, customer, and employee satisfaction metrics.
• Build and mentor a high-performing operations team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other departments to align operational strategies with company objectives.
• Use data to analyze and measure operational performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements

• Senior level experience in operations management or a related field.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to build and mentor high-performing teams.
• Strong analytical skills to assess operational performance and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with staff and management.
