Requirements

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or 10+ years of leadership within the electrical contracting space.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within electrical contracting or construction industries.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and standards, including NEC.
• Excellent management skills with a track record of leading teams to success.
• Ability to develop and implement strategic operational plans at an executive level.
