Responsibilities

• Live and promote Kerusso's mission in both work and life, setting an example for the team.
• Lead and inspire the Creative and Product Development teams, ensuring accountability and collaboration.
• Build a strong, collaborative environment by connecting Creative and Product teams with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and IT.
• Challenge the norm and push for innovation within the teams.
• Utilize 15+ years of graphic design and product development experience to create standout products.
• Manage Digital Asset Management systems for efficiency.
• Incorporate data-driven insights into market and consumer analysis.
• Strategically drive growth and stay ahead of trends.
• Make informed decisions on sourcing, demand planning, and negotiations based on financial insights.
• Manage projects to keep teams on schedule and accountable.
• Engage in on-site work at least one week each month to connect with the team.
• Participate in trade shows and branding events to enhance visibility.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of leadership experience in a relevant role.
• 15+ years of experience in graphic design and product development.
• Experience in lifestyle products such as apparel, drinkware, headwear, and gifts.
• Strong project management skills and financial decision-making abilities.
• Alignment with Kerusso's mission and global message.
