About the position

The Vice President of Product Management for Retail and CPG at Epsilon is a strategic leadership role responsible for developing and executing product and growth strategies for advertising and marketing technology products tailored to iconic Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) and Retail brands. This position requires a deep understanding of market analysis, client insights, and industry trends to create valuable products and solutions. The VP will collaborate with various stakeholders to drive product strategy, pricing, and market positioning while ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Define and drive product strategy, pricing, packaging, and roadmap for CPG and Retail vertical solutions.
  • Synthesize market feedback to identify revenue growth opportunities and competitive threats.
  • Define client challenges, size opportunities, and prioritize initiatives for differentiated, scalable, and repeatable solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to set go-to-market priorities and track key performance indicators.
  • Report progress against established goals to senior management and implement adjustments as necessary.
  • Train cross-functional teams on the CPG and Retail solutions to ensure understanding and advocacy.
  • Work with marketing and sales to customize product positioning and marketing collateral.
  • Support the sales team in client conversations and new business pitches.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in product management, with 10+ years in AdTech or MarTech solutions.
  • 5+ years of experience as a people manager.
  • Direct experience in the CPG and/or Retail industry.
  • Proven track record of owning products from introduction through launch and into maturity.
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree; advanced degree and/or MBA desirable.
