About the position

The Vice President of Product Management for Epsilon's Retail Vertical is responsible for developing and overseeing a portfolio of advanced marketing solutions tailored for retail clients. This role involves defining the vision and strategy for product offerings, ensuring alignment with client needs, and driving revenue growth through effective team leadership and collaboration across various departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop a forward-looking vision for the Retail vertical and associated product roadmaps.
• Act as the voice of the Retail vertical, collaborating with Sales, technical support, operations, and other product leaders.
• Work with Product Marketing to customize product positioning, case studies, and marketing collateral for the vertical.
• Support the sales team by participating in client conversations and evolving product solutions based on feedback.
• Establish data-driven prioritization and strategy recommendations for product development.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Requirements

• 15+ years of successive experience with 10+ years in Product Management within the AdTech ecosystem.
• Proficient in competitive assessments, product planning, and roadmap definition.
• Excellent management experience to scale a team and drive business impact.
• Deep understanding of online and offline data collection, data onboarding, and data management platforms.
• Strong presentation and customer-facing skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience collaborating with product marketing on positioning and sales support.
