Responsibilities

  • Champion a product-led growth approach to product marketing, ensuring alignment with customer centricity and data-driven decision making.
  • Develop and implement innovative, data-driven strategies that optimize product placement, adoption, and market penetration.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of product marketers, fostering a culture of collaboration and creativity.
  • Act as a strategic change agent, identifying opportunities to enhance product marketing and drive continuous improvement.
  • Craft and execute marketing plans that deliver tangible revenue results while supporting long-term growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless product launches and ongoing market success.
  • Elevate the product marketing conversation, inspiring colleagues and stakeholders to embrace a modern, data-driven perspective.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Partner with Marketing and Communications to develop compelling narratives showcasing product value propositions.
  • Keep the organization updated with market trends and competitive intelligence to reinforce benefits and differentiate from competitors.
  • Direct and support market research collection, analysis, and interpretation for market forecasts and reports.
  • Maintain brand standards and ensure compliance across all marketing channels.
  • Identify competitors and evaluate their strategies to devise counter-strategies.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Product Marketing with a proven track record of launching new products and driving core business growth.
  • Expertise in payments, fintech, B2B SaaS, and/or small business, with an understanding of market dynamics and customer segmentation.
  • Experience in product-led growth environments, emphasizing data and insights for decision making.
  • Deep understanding of modern product marketing principles, including customer journey mapping and data-driven storytelling.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate customer insights into compelling product positioning and messaging.
  • Strong proficiency in analyzing market and product performance data to inform strategies.
  • Ability to articulate complex ideas and product value through compelling narratives using quantitative and qualitative data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven decision-making approach.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to influence and inspire teams.
  • Experience leading large-scale transformation and engaging diverse stakeholders.
