As the Vice President of Operations, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the operational processes that support the delivery of high-quality services to our HOA clients in Texas and Arizona. This position requires a strategic leader who embodies our customer service values and demonstrates a commitment to process mastery. You will be responsible for managing multiple department teams, including a call center, legal support, real estate support, financial services, and more. With seven department managers and over 70 employees reporting to you, your leadership will be vital in fostering a culture of accountability and excellence. Your responsibilities will include developing comprehensive operational plans to support business growth, implementing best practices, and maintaining compliance across all operations. You will cultivate collaborative relationships with managers to achieve mutual goals and drive operational efficiency. Additionally, you will oversee the implementation of new technologies to enhance our processes and ensure effective execution of policies. We are looking for a leader who can motivate and develop employees while maintaining a high level of service quality. Experience in the property management industry is not required, as we offer a tailored learning system to support your growth in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage all operational processes to ensure superior quality and timeliness of services to HOA clients in Texas and Arizona.
  • Lead and motivate teams according to company culture and values.
  • Develop comprehensive operational plans and strategies to support business growth and maintain optimal volume throughput, cost control, and operational efficiency.
  • Implement uniform best practices while ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Cultivate and maintain collaborative relationships with department managers to achieve mutual goals.
  • Hire, mentor, and develop a high-performing operations team.
  • Oversee and adjust processes and operations as necessary, applying new technology to enhance efficiency.
  • Develop and implement plans to improve operational growth and financial profitability through technology.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or higher required.
  • Extensive experience with financial operations and process improvement is required.
  • Minimum ten years of combined operations leadership experience, including five to eight years in a senior management role.
  • Experience leading multiple operations departments in a service product organization.
  • Advanced skills in Excel, Word, and database management.
  • Proven dedication to delivering excellent customer service experience.
  • Strong leadership skills to drive an empowered and accountable culture.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in the property management industry is a plus but not required.
  • Familiarity with digital transformation in service industries.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M&A) processes.
