The Vice President of Real Estate and Construction at Gosh Enterprises is a pivotal role that encompasses both strategic oversight and operational execution in the development of the company's restaurant brands. This position is responsible for leading market development initiatives to achieve the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Plan (LRP), which includes comprehensive market planning, consulting, negotiating, and approving all corporate deals. The VP will spearhead the development of restaurants, requiring a dedicated resource and increased cross-functional engagement with various departments such as Restaurant Services, Design, Recruiting, IT, and Finance to ensure successful project completion. In addition to market development, the VP will drive the execution of BIBIBOP's market plan, focusing on targeted growth through effective prioritization and asset strategy. This role involves overseeing the timeline and completion of real estate and reinvestment transactions, acting as the primary liaison between field operations and corporate headquarters. Compliance with all related processes and policies in BIBIBOP's development activities is also a critical responsibility. On the construction side, the VP will supervise the construction leadership in planning and development, ensuring that new store openings and remodels are completed on time and within budget. This includes managing the construction lifecycle, implementing process improvements, and optimizing costs and speed of construction projects without compromising brand integrity. The VP will also coordinate pre-construction planning with design teams and construction managers, manage deadlines for all construction projects, and develop a network of regional contractors and design partners with clear performance metrics. The role requires strong partnerships with brand partners and C-suite executives to align on business objectives and maintain brand standards. Cross-functional collaboration with architects, design, real estate, and operations teams is essential for providing insight and direction on growth-related decisions.
