Responsibilities

• Supervise providers within the market
• Communicate and enforce company policies
• Provide team building and support for Vital Healthcare providers
• Schedule Vital HealthCare providers with facility partners
• Hire, orient, and provide ongoing supervision to providers
• Prepare performance appraisals for direct reports
• Manage the budget of the market
• Correlate clinical excellence to financial outcomes
• Maintain proactive communication with Executive Leadership
• Grow current footprint and expand lines of service
• Maximize market saturation
• Facilitate resources to enhance facility productivity and financial outcomes
• Act as the chief point of contact with partners for customer service and patient care

Requirements

• Long-term care management experience
• Doctoral degree
• Senior level leadership experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage and prioritize multi-facility needs
• Experience managing Master and Doctorate level providers
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of long-term care reimbursement and regulations
• Ability to be flexible and adjust priorities
• Proven leadership within long-term care
• Experience with KPI and P&L
