About the position

The Vice President of Restaurant Marketing at Raising Cane's is responsible for leading the marketing strategies and operations for the company's restaurant division. This role involves collaborating with various leadership teams to develop and implement effective marketing plans that drive sales, enhance brand loyalty, and ensure alignment with the company's brand standards. The VP will oversee the marketing budget, manage a team of marketing professionals, and actively participate in community involvement initiatives to support the company's growth and brand awareness.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the day-to-day operations and development of field-based divisional leaders.
  • Collaborates with various leadership teams to drive results and develop robust marketing plans.
  • Provides leadership direction through positive management and guidance, spending time in restaurants to discuss performance and marketing execution.
  • Ensures alignment to ROI methodologies and monitors effectiveness of marketing strategies.
  • Enforces Raising Cane's brand standards and oversees the development of the Active Community Involvement (ACI) strategy.
  • Collaborates with recruiting to hire high-caliber team members to support growth.
  • Oversees, develops, and mentors Restaurant Marketing Crewmembers, providing clear feedback on performance.
  • Develops and maintains a detailed marketing budget and manages financial results.
  • Collaborates with the Director of Media Planning to execute marketing plans that build awareness and drive traffic.
  • Identifies opportunities for grassroots marketing efforts to enhance brand awareness.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of field marketing management experience in a multi-unit restaurant or retail environment.
  • Experience leading a large field-based team consisting of remote multi-tiered marketing teams.
  • Knowledge and experience working with media and sponsorships.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple changing priorities.
  • Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Strong financial acumen.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
