About the position

The Vice President of Sales and Brand Marketing at Laurel Group is responsible for leading the strategic direction and execution of marketing and sales efforts across the company's various divisions. This role focuses on developing integrated strategies to increase market share, enhance brand visibility, and drive sales revenue, contributing to overall business growth. The VP will collaborate with executive leadership to align the company's vision with its growth objectives, fostering cross-functional collaboration to achieve measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the strategic direction and execution of marketing and sales efforts across all divisions.
  • Develop and implement integrated strategies to increase market share and drive sales revenue.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align the company's vision with growth objectives.
  • Network with business leaders to close deals in Construction and Landscape Management projects.
  • Provide hands-on coaching to ensure a high-performing marketing team.
  • Create and oversee integrated marketing plans, including digital marketing and traditional strategies.
  • Manage and grow the company's digital presence and content strategy.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to refine marketing strategies.
  • Drive business development efforts to meet company objectives through successful RFPs.
  • Provide strategic leadership to cross-functional teams to align project launches with business goals.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in Sales and Brand Marketing, preferably in Landscape Management or Construction.
  • Experience in marketing management for at least 3 years.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience managing relationships across companies.
  • Familiarity with CRM products and construction management software.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience leading Mergers and Acquisitions initiatives.
  • Relevant experience working in an EOS environment.
