Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing and hospitality sales activities for various business lines.
  • Lead the development and continuous optimization of marketing activities across all digital platforms.
  • Oversee strategic planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of paid and owned media.
  • Direct search engine optimization efforts and manage digital reputation.
  • Monitor and advise on hospitality sales, marketing distribution, and revenue management functions.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, media, and hospitality sales.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement new marketing programs and activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Select and manage agency partners and digital tools to effectively execute marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and conduct regular financial forecasts.
  • Support the execution of marketing programs managed by other teams, including events, entertainment, and communications.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing and sales leadership role within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
