About the position

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Reef Capital Partners will lead marketing and hospitality sales initiatives across various business lines, including resorts and real estate. This executive role demands a visionary leader with extensive experience in strategic planning and execution of marketing activities in both digital and traditional mediums, aimed at enhancing brand presence and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and oversee all marketing and hospitality sales activities for various business lines, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Lead the development and continuous optimization of marketing activities across all digital platforms, including websites, apps, booking engines, CRM/email platforms, and ticketing systems.
  • Oversee strategic planning, execution, analysis, and optimization of paid and owned media, including traditional and digital channels.
  • Direct search engine optimization efforts and manage digital reputation to enhance online presence and brand credibility.
  • Monitor and advise on hospitality sales, marketing distribution, and revenue management functions as required.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices in e-commerce, digital marketing, SEO, media, and hospitality sales to drive innovation.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and implement new marketing programs and activities to enhance customer engagement and retention.
  • Select and manage agency partners and digital tools to effectively execute marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets, track expenses, and conduct regular financial forecasts to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Support the execution of marketing programs managed by other teams, including events, entertainment, and communications.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of marketing professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in a senior marketing and sales leadership role within the hospitality or real estate sectors.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools, with a track record of successful campaign execution.
  • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and forecasting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
