About the position

The Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Hair Queen LA is a senior executive role responsible for leading sales and marketing initiatives across California. This part-time position focuses on revenue generation, sales conversions, and the execution of a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Provides leadership and direction for revenue generation and sales conversions through execution of the Company model.
  • Creates, develops, and executes a marketing strategy to ensure growth.
  • Manages departmental activities from lead inception and placement through sale confirmation, including contact, designs, and deposit.
  • Facilitates recruitment activities to build a strong sales team.
  • Ensures the implementation of a sales training model and employee development programs.
  • Executes and delivers on established sales goals.
  • Creates and executes strategies and programs to elevate performance and revenue.
  • Actively involved in financial results/P&L and collaborates with the senior management team.
  • Reports accurate forecasts daily, weekly, and monthly.
  • Follows up on customer issues and drives resolution to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • 12+ years of experience in business-to-consumer (B2C) direct sales management.
  • 5+ years of sales leadership experience at the Director or VP level.
  • Strong management skills to enhance employee performance and development.
  • Good understanding of commissioned sales structures and similar compensation structures.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with staff at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated superior customer service skills from prior work experiences.
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills.
  • Ability to manage staff responsibilities and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Benefits

  • Competitive hourly pay ranging from $31 to $45.
  • Part-time work schedule from Monday to Friday.
