Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance and achievement of sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape; utilize insights to inform strategy and product development.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, industry partners, and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in sales and marketing in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, marketing principles, and customer relationship management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Proficiency or working knowledge of CRM software and marketing automation tools.
