The Vice President of Sales & Marketing (VPSM) at CoralTree Hospitality is a pivotal role that reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer. This role requires a deep understanding of the hospitality market and the ability to implement effective processes and initiatives that drive revenue growth. In this capacity, the VPSM will coach and advise property teams, ensuring that they are equipped with the necessary tools and strategies to succeed. The role involves evaluating competitive markets, defining brand positioning, and leading the analysis of sales and marketing operations. The VPSM will also act as a key liaison in owner relations, fostering transparent communication and building trust with stakeholders. By offering actionable recommendations and identifying future performance issues, the VPSM will play a crucial role in enhancing sales, revenue, and marketing efforts across the portfolio. Additionally, the VPSM will oversee the development of comprehensive sales and marketing strategies, including advertising, public relations, promotions, and direct sales initiatives. This position requires a strong focus on data analysis to ensure accurate marketing information and to drive decision-making processes. The VPSM will also be responsible for conducting quarterly audits, participating in annual business planning, and representing CoralTree at owner meetings and budget presentations.
