Responsibilities

• Lead a high-performing team by mentoring and managing SDRs and Sales Operations Specialists.
• Drive sales optimization through data analytics and CRM systems to refine sales processes and enhance efficiency.
• Recruit and develop talent by hiring, training, and onboarding top-notch sales operations professionals.
• Improve sales processes by identifying bottlenecks, streamlining operations, and implementing best practices.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies with field sales teams.
• Monitor performance by setting clear goals and tracking progress to ensure team success.
• Leverage sales technology to equip the team with cutting-edge tools and CRM systems.
