About the position

The Vice President of Security Operations at Inter-Con Security Systems is responsible for managing operational security force programs for large-scale National Accounts. This role involves liaising with senior client representatives to measure contract KPIs, mentoring subordinate managers, and ensuring compliance with financial performance projections. The position requires strategic oversight and process improvement to maintain high standards of service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Interact with senior client representatives on designated clients to measure contract KPIs and key long-term initiatives.
• Administer internal control programs to facilitate the operational or administrative requirements of the contract.
• Engage subordinate Managers and Security Operators to ensure contract compliance and define performance expectations.
• Receive and execute technical directions issued by the client within the terms and conditions of the contract.
• Ensure sound business practices are deployed to comply with financial performance projections.
• Manage quarterly and annual budgeting process and P&L responsibilities.
• Maintain high standards of competence through instruction and training for Managers, Supervisors, and Security force.
• Provide direct management to subordinate personnel.
• Set overall strategy and drive process improvement.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of supervisory experience in operations, managing a diverse client portfolio.
• MBA or equivalent degree with an emphasis on P&L performance preferred.
• Multi-team management experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
