About the position

The VP of eCommerce Marketing Operations at Inno Supps is a pivotal leadership role responsible for driving growth and overseeing the performance of website operations and customer acquisition strategies. This position requires a deep understanding of customer behavior and business objectives, guiding teams to optimize website performance, enhance conversion rates, and lower customer acquisition costs. The role involves collaboration with various teams to implement retention initiatives and improve technical infrastructure to support growth.

Responsibilities

  • Gain a thorough understanding of customer and business needs and build a roadmap that aligns with company goals.
  • Work with the executive team to plan project execution and resource requirements.
  • Contribute to retention initiatives by owning deliverables throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define and prioritize the testing roadmap, validating hypotheses through A/B and multivariate testing.
  • Build the retention product backlog and manage sprints for the development and design teams.
  • Utilize quantitative and qualitative methods to understand member behavior and usage trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for technical infrastructure improvements.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree in business development, Marketing, or a related field; a master's degree is preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience leading an eCommerce company with over $50,000,000 in direct-to-consumer sales.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and developers, ideally in an overseas setting.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to moderate based on audience.
  • Proven ability to lead the entire product development cycle, including defining a product roadmap and managing sprints.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to break down complex problems.
  • Decisiveness and proactiveness in decision-making and iteration.
  • Solid understanding of data flows between e-commerce, payment, and analytical systems.
