About the position

The Vice President of Worldwide Sales at Quadric is a pivotal role responsible for leading and expanding the global sales team. This position reports directly to the CEO and focuses on driving growth through strategic leadership, team management, and data-driven decision-making in the semiconductor industry, particularly in AI/ML embedded processor solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and expand Quadric's global sales team across various regions including Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Europe, and the USA.
  • Develop and execute a global sales strategy aligned with company objectives.
  • Define and implement sales processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Build and manage relationships with key strategic customers and partners.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor high-performing sales leaders and teams.
  • Create performance management frameworks and develop succession plans for critical sales roles.
  • Set and allocate revenue targets across regions and segments.
  • Design compensation plans and sales incentive structures.
  • Monitor pipeline health and forecast accuracy.
  • Analyze market trends and competitive intelligence to identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • B.S in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience) is preferred.
  • 15+ years of Semiconductor IP Sales experience in embedded processors or adjacent IP products in a consultative selling environment is required.
  • Experience directly with machine learning is desirable.
  • Recent semiconductor business relationships with top tier companies in Consumer, Automotive, and Industrial sectors.
