About the position

The Vice President of Open Banking Sales at Mastercard is responsible for leading a team focused on building and expanding partnerships within the Open Banking sector. This role involves developing and executing sales strategies to drive profitable revenue growth, collaborating with various internal teams to deliver innovative financial services, and engaging with digital merchants, acquirers, payment facilitators, and financial institutions.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of Sales Account Executives to win new business through strategic engagement with Open Banking customers.
  • Develop and execute a segment-level go-to-market strategy for Mastercard Open Banking services.
  • Build strong internal relationships and communication channels within cross-functional Mastercard teams to ensure a collaborative interface to partner relationships.

Requirements

  • Strong people leader with a successful track record of developing and executing a sales strategy.
  • Proven track record of successful sales roles with demonstrated results.
  • Client management experience; substantial experience in business development and solution-based sales.
  • Strong working knowledge of technology to understand partner implementation approaches and position Mastercard services.
