About the position
The Vice President of Product Engineering will lead the evolution of the company's flagship product in the AIOps space. This role is pivotal in defining the strategic direction of the product, focusing on its core platform and UI/UX. The VP will manage a team of engineers and product managers, ensuring alignment with the company's business objectives and driving the introduction of modern, cloud-based enterprise services.
Responsibilities
- Define the strategic direction of the flagship product, including core platform and UI/UX.
- Lead a high-performance team of engineers and product managers.
- Collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and other stakeholders.
- Ensure product strategy aligns with business objectives.
- Drive the introduction of new cloud-based enterprise services to market.
Requirements
- Advanced degree in a technical or business discipline.
- At least 15 years of product and technology leadership experience.
- Strong background in IT Operations Management (ITOM) or IT Service Management (ITSM).
- Extensive experience with large-scale cloud architecture, AI/ML, application, network infrastructure, and data center management software.
- Proven track record in leading cross-functional teams.
- Solid understanding of platform engineering best practices.
- Operational familiarity with next-generation Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
