As part of Chase Media Solutions, Merchant Experience is creating a seamless, engaging platform that enables merchants to leverage the extensive Chase consumer footprint to connect with past or future customers. As a Vice President, Product Platform Services within Chase Media Solutions, you will support and assist in the design and development of the next generation of offers/ad platform to deliver value to Chase customers beyond the core financial product features. This is an opportunity to craft the product strategy, develop market-leading product innovations, and be the steward of capturing an understanding of advertising market needs, present and future, and translating into feature requirements and effectively managing in a matrixed organization. In this role, you will combine vision, creativity, and deep domain expertise to transform digital advertising with groundbreaking product innovation. You will become a subject-matter expert on the offers/Ad tech platform and champion innovations that will enhance the value Chase provides to their clients. Your responsibilities will include building, integrating, and enhancing the offers platform roadmap and prioritization, managing 3rd party partners, leading discovery on new concepts, and refining and prioritizing stories while driving sprint planning and execution for technology development teams. You will also monitor the development of the product, escalate issues, remove blockers, and conduct pre-production testing and demos.
