About the position

The Vice President, Sales Executive - Healthcare at TTEC is a remote role focused on driving sales and building client relationships within the healthcare sector. This position involves leveraging strategic solutions and technology to enhance customer engagement and operational excellence. The role requires a consultative approach to sales, working collaboratively with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Cultivate relationships with decision makers in client organizations through consultative solution-selling.
  • Support all stages of the sales process, collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and quotas.
  • Promote relationships with decision makers to secure new business and maximize the value of TTEC's services.
  • Oversee the full life cycle of the sales process from prospecting to closing, maintaining an accurate forecast in the CRM.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to client prospects, offering solutions that address their goals and customer experience challenges.

Requirements

  • 10 years' experience in a BPO sales environment, particularly in outsourced customer care services or fraud prevention & detection solutions.
  • Verifiable experience selling into the healthcare vertical, preferably with payers.
  • Proven track record of meeting targets for multi-year, multi-million-dollar deals, with knowledge of tech-enabled services that enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Ability to develop and grow C-level and senior relationships within target client organizations.
  • Experience in meeting, selling, and closing on channel partners while identifying new ones.
  • Comfortable working independently and as part of a team in an evolving environment.
