About the position

The Vice President of Sales at Suddath plays a crucial role in driving the company's sales strategy and managing a dedicated sales team. This position involves understanding client needs, developing tailored solutions, and collaborating with marketing to achieve organizational revenue goals. The VP of Sales will also serve as a subject matter expert in mobility services, guiding the sales team and maintaining strong client relationships while reporting directly to the President of Sterling Lexicon.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans aligned with company goals.
  • Oversee the Client Solutions Directors to ensure sales targets are met or exceeded.
  • Provide leadership, motivation, and training to the sales team, supporting their professional growth.
  • Act as an advisor to Client Solutions Directors ensuring service delivery.
  • Establish and maintain trusted advisor partnerships with clients, aligning services with their mobility programs.
  • Identify barriers to program growth/success and develop effective strategies based on client research and industry knowledge.
  • Maintain client relationships and act as the primary point of contact.
  • Attend industry/networking events to demonstrate Sterling Lexicon's capabilities.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a VP of Sales, Sales Director, or similar role in a Relocation Management Company.
  • Comprehensive understanding of the full range of mobility services.
  • Experience in selling complex HR solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strategic working relationships internally and externally.

Nice-to-haves

  • College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • CRP or GMS certification preferred.
