About the position

The Vice President of Sales is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving new business and achieving the company's sales targets and revenue goals. This position involves developing and implementing effective sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and establishing strong relationships with clients and stakeholders. The VP of Sales will collaborate closely with the Chief Growth Officer to support the company's overall business objectives and position One Call Care Management as an industry leader.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement an effective sales plan, strategies, and objectives to drive revenue growth.
  • Set action plans to meet/exceed annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for expansion and differentiation.
  • Instill a belief in the company's vision, mission, and goals, establishing One Call Care Management as an industry expert.
  • Identify and pursue critical market segments through market research and competitor analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients, brokers, and industry partners.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads.
  • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
  • Prepare and present proposals to clients utilizing One Call Care Management resources and tools.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of success in a senior sales leadership role within the insurance industry, specifically in workers' compensation.
  • Strong understanding of workers' compensation insurance products and market dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Ability to travel as needed.

  • Experience in healthcare or care management sectors.
