About the position

The Vice President of Salesforce and Core Applications is a strategic leadership role within the IT senior leadership team, responsible for overseeing technology teams related to Salesforce and core applications. This position involves making critical investment decisions, managing project priorities, and developing high-performing teams to ensure successful IT project delivery and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintain technology teams across Contact center and Core applications including Salesforce Sales and Service CRM, Amazon Connect telephony, Oracle ERP, Claims System, Call analytics, and agent workforce management.
• Lead and inspire teams to engage with the business, identify new functionality, and develop compelling business cases.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate delivery risks and quality issues to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Demonstrate action-oriented leadership by addressing performance issues in a timely manner.
• Identify emerging technology trends and ensure the company leverages them to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for IT initiatives.
• Develop, implement, and monitor software development policies and controls for data accuracy and compliance.
• Collaborate with other IT leaders to optimize overall IT value to the business.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or technology or relevant experience.
• 15+ years of experience in leading architecture, design, development, implementation, and support of complex enterprise-class IT solutions.
• 7+ years' experience in an engineering leadership role, including coaching/mentoring of level 2 managers.
• 7+ years' experience managing implementation and enhancement of Salesforce Sales and Service CRM solution.
• Experience with Amazon Connect, ERP Systems, Rest APIs, Data and Analytics, and DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with a variety of technologies from infrastructure to systems development to cloud architecture and SaaS.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to drive change, foster innovation, and deliver results in a complex organizational setting.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
• Experience managing budgets, optimizing cloud costs, and managing vendor relationships.

• MS, MBA, or related advanced degree.

Benefits

• Base salary range of $240,000-$275,000 based on experience.
• 30%-35% bonus based on experience.
