About the position

The position involves test ownership of large-scale global testing solutions, focusing on delivering quality software while maintaining strong relationships with senior business leaders. The role requires collaboration with Program Management and Quality Control teams, proactive risk management, and compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements. The candidate will design automation solutions, monitor project timelines, and report on KPIs, ensuring effective communication and strategic direction for the testing community.

Responsibilities

• Provide test ownership of multiple large scale/complex global testing solutions.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with senior business leaders associated with the platforms.
• Work closely with Program Management and Quality Control teams to deliver quality software to agreed project schedules.
• Proactively notify Development Project Manager of risks, bottlenecks, problems, issues, and concerns.
• Ensure compliance with Citi's System Development Lifecycle and Information Security requirements.
• Monitor, update, and communicate project timelines and milestones; obtain senior management feedback.
• Understand technology industry trends and their impact on future solutions.
• Design the framework and approach for cost-effective automation solutions.
• Regularly monitor and report on KPIs and Metrics for Automation.
• Collaborate with Vendor teams to ensure smooth and timely delivery.
• Document, evaluate, and research test results for future replication.

Requirements

• Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years experience in an IT Quality role.
• 5+ years experience with System Integration Testing, End to End Testing, Performance testing, and Automation.
• 3+ years experience with Jira.
• Experience with Zephyr, HP ALM.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of several areas within IT Quality.
• Strong understanding of testing processes and Systems Development Lifecycle.

Nice-to-haves

• Business domain knowledge of Core Banking, Payments, Digital Channels, Payments, Receivable & Treasury.
