About the position

The Vice President, Transaction Banking Information Reporting Product Manager at MUFG is responsible for leading the Information Reporting portfolio, driving client adoption, and managing product performance to meet business objectives. This role involves collaborating with various stakeholders to optimize systems and processes that support the Transaction Banking organization, ensuring the delivery of value to clients through modern, scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Reporting portfolio across multiple stakeholders, aiming to drive client adoption and revenue generation.
• Manage the product roadmap, vision, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Be responsible for product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with technology and other partners to optimize the use of a diverse ecosystem of reporting, data visualization, and analysis for the benefit of clients and the business.
• Monitor and respond to external influences including competitive developments, client feedback, and regulatory changes and guidance.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in digital banking.
• Knowledgeable in cash management, product implementation, and service processes.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven track record of documenting requirements and developing new capabilities to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design.
• Passion for solving customer problems and creating value.
