About the position

The Vice President, Transaction Banking Information Reporting Product Manager will lead the Information Reporting portfolio within the Transaction Banking Digital Channels team at MUFG. This role focuses on defining systems, tools, and processes that enhance client value and drive revenue generation. The Product Manager will oversee product performance, manage the product roadmap, and collaborate with various stakeholders to optimize reporting and data visualization for clients.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Information Reporting portfolio across multiple stakeholders to drive client adoption and revenue generation.
• Manage the product roadmap, vision, execution, risk management, and business growth targets.
• Be responsible for product performance and invest in enhancements to meet business objectives.
• Collaborate with technology and other partners to optimize the use of a diverse ecosystem of reporting, data visualization, and analysis for the benefit of clients and the business.
• Monitor and respond to external influences including competitive developments, client feedback, and regulatory changes.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience in product or program management, preferably in digital banking.
• Knowledgeable in cash management, product implementation, and service processes.
• Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions.
• Proven track record of documenting requirements and developing new capabilities to deliver customer value.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies and user-centered design.
• Passion for solving customer problems and creating value.
