About the position

The Vice President of Infrastructure and Service Operations is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing and managing the IT operations landscape at Safelite Group. This position focuses on ensuring stability, security, and scalability of IT services while driving continuous improvement and innovation. The VP will lead a high-performing team, implement strategic plans for IT infrastructure, and advocate for best practices in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and execute a unified strategy for diverse IT operations aligned with business objectives.
• Formulate and implement a comprehensive strategic vision for global IT infrastructure and service operations.
• Advocate and instill ITSM and ITIL best practices throughout the organization.
• Lead the strategic direction for IT cloud services and the development of a cutting-edge digital workplace.
• Inspire and motivate a large, diverse team across multiple locations, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of IT services and operations.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT infrastructure and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in IT operations and management.
