Requirements

  • A track record building or rebuilding a B2B SaaS sales org in a high-volume, low-ticket environment
  • You've personally carried a bag and closed. You lead from the front, especially early
  • You've built an outbound motion from scratch
  • You run forecasts from the CRM, not a side spreadsheet. HubSpot fluency is a plus
  • You've hired, coached, and made the hard call when someone wasn't right for the seat
  • You've operated in a fast-scaling, PE-backed company and know the pace
  • You've personally taken a B2B SaaS sales org from roughly $10M to $25M+ ARR. High-velocity SMB, not enterprise: you've run a motion of many smaller deals at speed, not twenty large contracts a year.
  • You're a builder and a player-coach, weighted toward player. You've carried a bag and you still lead from the front.
  • You've stood up an outbound function from scratch, you run your forecast straight from the CRM, you've coached reps up, and you've moved the wrong ones out.
  • You've operated on a PE clock, so you know the rhythm and the math. You're not looking for a finished machine. You want to build one.

Responsibilities

  • Own revenue growth strategy and execution across our multi-product volunteer management software portfolio
  • Build one sales team and one playbook from the talent of two legacy orgs, with shared standards for how we sell and qualify
  • Stand up the outbound, new-logo motion and the BDR function that feeds it
  • Own a reliable forecast, run from HubSpot as the single source of truth, that the company makes decisions on
  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-velocity team that wins a high volume of deals at speed
  • Partner with Marketing on predictable pipeline and with Customer Success on clean handoffs
