About the position

The Vice President at BluSky is responsible for overseeing all branch office operations, including sales, business development, customer relationships, project management, and administration. This role entails full profit and loss responsibility, leveraging the BluSky brand to foster relationships with industry professionals, and leading the team to achieve sales, revenue, and customer service goals.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall P&L at office level to drive profitability.
• Support sales teams in developing new business opportunities.
• Manage expenses to established budgets and drive profitability.
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences and satisfaction are achieved.
• Oversee recruiting efforts and employee development.
• Implement new hire orientation and performance management planning.
• Manage overall office budget and expenses.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Manage accounts receivables and payables per company goals.
• Cultivate a positive office culture and lead by example.

Requirements

• 5+ years insurance restoration experience preferred.
• 3+ years management experience preferred.
• Strong business development experience with a proven track record of success.
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal contacts.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Valid driver's license and satisfactory driving record.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or equivalent experience required.
