Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in criminal justice, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of the criminal justice system process.
• Proven ability in crisis management and intervention techniques.
• Excellent conflict management skills with the ability to navigate sensitive situations effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with an empathetic approach towards clients.
