The Video Ad Creator (Short Video Director) position at AviaGames involves producing short video advertisements for the company's gaming products. This role requires collaboration with the creative team in Beijing and American filming teams to ensure high-quality output that resonates with overseas audiences. The ideal candidate will have a passion for gaming and video creation, along with strong communication skills to effectively coordinate and execute creative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Produce short video advertisements for the company's games on various overseas platforms, including scriptwriting, filming, and post-production guidance.
• Assist the creative team in Beijing to achieve high-quality results for overseas live-action shoots, coordinating with American filming teams.
• Think creatively to produce high-quality advertising materials that integrate game characteristics and advertising platforms.
• Maintain close communication and collaboration with the Beijing team responsible for advertising placement and video production.
• Analyze competitive materials and share overseas culture to enrich creative ideas.

Requirements

• Fluent in both Chinese and English, with a strong understanding of local American culture.
• Studied or lived in the United States for more than 3 years.
• Passionate about game or short video creation, with a background in advertising, marketing, or related fields.
• Possess strong communication skills and the ability to efficiently complete work tasks in coordination with the Beijing team.
• 1-2 years of experience in live-advertising for the gaming industry preferred.
