We are seeking a talented Video Content Creator / Social Engagement / Videographer to join our residential construction company based in Ocean County, NJ. This part-time, freelance position is ideal for someone who is passionate about media creation and has a strong background in photography and videography, particularly in the construction industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for capturing high-quality video and photographic content at various job sites and producing engaging social media content and advertisements. All filming locations will be within Ocean County, making it essential for candidates to have reliable transportation to travel between sites. In this role, you will utilize your own camera equipment to shoot daily footage, ensuring that the video quality meets our standards of at least 1080p at 60fps or higher. You will also be expected to edit and create videos that effectively showcase our projects and engage our audience on social media platforms. Familiarity with GoPro Hero 10's and their time-lapse function is a plus, as we often utilize these features to enhance our content. Your creativity and technical skills will play a crucial role in how we present our work to potential clients and the community. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a construction photographer/videographer or in a similar role, with a strong understanding of photo and video editing software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite. Graphics experience, including proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator, is recommended. Attention to detail, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and strong communication skills are essential for success in this position. You will need to work independently and collaboratively with our team to ensure that all content aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
