About the position

Realync is seeking Independent Contractors to join their Nationwide Independent Contractor Network for video content creation at apartment communities. This role involves on-site video and 360 content capture, with editing and publishing done off-site. The position is flexible, with no guaranteed hours, and requires contractors to coordinate with the Realync Studios Program Manager to meet project specifications and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Realync Studios Program Manager to plan logistics and deadlines for each property.
• Record videos as specified by the client and the Realync Studios Program Manager.
• Utilize the Realync app for editing videos, including adding captions, trimming, and music.
• Publish completed videos to the Realync account within 24 hours of the property visit.
• Capture 360 Click Thru and 360 Video content as required by assignments.

Requirements

• Experience in videography or real estate videography/photography is preferred.
• Strong accountability and responsibility to complete projects within scope and schedule.
• Organized, self-starter with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities for site visits.
• Must complete Realync Training Course for creating, editing, and publishing content.

Nice-to-haves

• Previous experience with Realync is preferred.
