About the position

DesignTunnel is looking for a skilled Video Editor and Graphic Designer to join their team. The role involves creating high-quality video content and graphic designs for both the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should be proficient in video editing and graphic design, capable of working independently or collaboratively, and able to manage multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Review footage for editing
• Edit videos to create compelling stories
• Perform color correction and audio editing
• Add special effects to videos
• Create various graphic designs
• Maintain brand identity through design
• Design layouts and typography
• Edit images for digital and print
• Ensure quality control of all outputs
• Organize and manage files effectively
• Upload completed files to various platforms
• Schedule and manage deadlines for projects
• Collaborate with team members and clients
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Send proofs and make necessary revisions
• Adapt to additional duties as required

Requirements

• At least 3 years of related experience
• Proficient in Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, and Photoshop
• Experience with Adobe Audition for audio editing
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Capability to work autonomously and in teams

Nice-to-haves

• Experience uploading content to podcast platforms, YouTube, Vimeo, and/or frame.io
• Ability to work in time-constrained environments
• Self-starter with independent functioning capabilities
