About the position

We are seeking a talented and creative Video Editor to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through visual media and possess a strong technical skill set in video editing and post-production. As a Video Editor, you will work closely with our production team to create engaging content that meets the needs of our clients and audience.

Responsibilities

• Edit raw footage into polished videos that align with project goals and timelines.
• Utilize various editing software and tools to enhance video quality, including color correction, sound design, and visual effects.
• Manage video files using FTP protocols and organize assets efficiently with Adobe Bridge.
• Assist in the pre-production process by providing input on videography techniques and shot selection.
• Participate in post-production processes, ensuring all edits are completed on time and meet quality standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in video editing, 3D animation, and photography techniques.

Requirements

• Proficiency in video editing software such as Avid, Maya, or similar platforms is required.
• Experience in post-production processes including color grading, sound editing, and visual effects is essential.
• Familiarity with Capture One for image processing is a plus.
• Previous experience in film or videography is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of 3D animation techniques is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
